Ingredients list for Vodka Cupcakes
- ? cup Vodka
 - 1¼ cups Refined flour (maida)
 - 1½ teaspoons Baking powder
 - ½ teaspoon Salt
 - ½ cup Butter
 - ¾ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar)
 - 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
 - 1 Egg
 - 1 Egg white
 - ½ cup Milk
 
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C. Place silicon cupcake moulds on a baking tray and line them with paper cases.
 - Sieve flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
 - Cream together butter and castor sugar in another bowl with an electric beater. Add vanilla essence and whisk well.
 - Break 1 egg into the bowl and whisk. Add egg white and whisk. Add vodka and whisk well. Add flour mixture and fold in well. Add milk and mix well into a smooth batter.
 - Fill a piping bag with this batter and pipe it out into the lined silicon cupcake moulds filling ¾ of it.
 - Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and demould.
 - Serve.
