Ingredients list for Veggie Pizza-SK Khazana

  • 400 grams Readymade pizza dough
  • 6 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup 3 coloured capsicums cut into strips
  • 3-4 Cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Corn kernels
  • 3-4 Button mushrooms sliced
  • 3-4 Black olives sliced
  • to taste Salt
  • for greasing Oil
  • for dusting Refined flour (maida)
  • 2 tablespoons Pizza sauce for dus
  • to sprinkle Dried mixed herbs
  • to sprinkle Red chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 5-6 Fresh basil leaves
  • for garnish Fresh basil sprig


  1. Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease a baking tray with some oil.
  2. Dust the worktop with some flour, place the dough on it, roll out into a thick disc and place on the greased tray.
  3. Prick the pizza base all over. Spread pizza sauce on it and top with 2 tablespoons cheese, capsicum strips, cherry tomato halves, corn kernels, mushrooms and olives.
  4. Sprinkle some mixed herbs and chilli flakes. Drizzle olive oil. Place basil leaves and sprinkle remaining cheese. .
  5. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with basil sprig, cut into wedges and serve hot.
