Ingredients
- 6-8 button mushrooms, quartered
 - 4-5 French beans, blanched and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
 - 3-4 baby corn, blanched and diagonally sliced
 - 8-10 broccoli florets, blanched
 - 1 medium carrot, peeled, blanched and sliced
 - 1 medium green capsicum, cut into square pieces
 - Steamed rice to serve
 - 1 tablespoon oil
 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
 - Salt to taste
 - 1 tablespoon cornflour slurry
 - Sliced spring onions for garnish
 
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté well. Add mushrooms and mix well.
 - Add French beans, baby corn, 1 cup water and salt, mix and bring to a boil.
 - Add broccoli florets, carrot and capsicum and mix. Add cornflour slurry, mix well and bring to a boil.
 - Take steamed rice in a serving bowl, top with stewed vegetables, garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
