By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Sep 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Button mushrooms, French beans Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Vegetable Stewed Rice-SK Khazana 6-8 Button mushrooms quartered 4-5 French beans blanched and cut into 1/2 inch pieces 3-4 Baby corn blanched and diagonally sliced 8-10 Broccoli florets blanched 1 Medium carrot peeled, blanched and sliced 1 Medium green capsicum cut into square pieces to serve Rice steamed 1 tablespoon Oil 1 to cook Garlic finely chopped to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Cornflour slurry for garnish Spring onions sliced Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté well. Add mushrooms and mix well. Add French beans, baby corn, 1 cup water and salt, mix and bring to a boil. Add broccoli florets, carrot and capsicum and mix. Add cornflour slurry, mix well and bring to a boil.
