Slice spring onions and onion and add to the pan and sauté till lightly browned. Add garlic and ginger and mix well. Add carrot and mix well. Add spaghetti, hoisin sauce and salt and mix well. Add crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add bean sprouts and mix well. Add 2 tbsps water and toss well. Cook for few minutes. Transfer onto a serving plate, garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
