Tuna Thoran By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tuna Fish, Coconut Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Tuna Thoran 500 grams Tuna Fish cut into 1/2 inch pieces 3 teaspoons Coconut 3 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 cup Coconut grated 3 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 2 Dry red chilies 4-5 Curry leaves 1 medium Onion 2-3 Green chilli to taste Salt Method Heat one tablespoon oil in a non stick pan add red chilli powder, coriander powder and tumeric powder together. Add grated coconut and saute for two minutes. Remove and cool. Coarsely grind the above adding curry leaves. Keep aside. Heat two tablespoon oil in a non stick pan add mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves and saute for one minute. Add onions and saute till light brown.
