By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Theplas, Small carrot Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Thepla Tacos 8 Theplas 1 Small carrot 120 grams Iceberg lettuce leaves 2 Medium potatoes boiled and peeled 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 Lemon for drizzling Chhunda to garnish Nylon sev to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Thinly slice the carrot and then cut into thin strips and put into a bowl. Shred iceberg lettuce leaves and add to the same bowl. Cut potatoes into sticks and add to the same bowl. Add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala and squeeze the juice of lemon and mix well. Take each thepla, place a portion of the vegetable mixture in the centre and drizzle chhunda and on top. Place them on a taco stand.
