Ingredients
- 8 theplas
- 1 small carrot, peeled
- 120 grams iceberg lettuce leaves
- 2 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 lemon
- Chunda for drizzling
- Nylon sev for garnish
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Method
- Thinly slice the carrot into thin strips. Shred iceberg lettuce leaves and cut potatoes into sticks. Transfer all of them in a bowl.
- Add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, and squeeze lemon and mix well.
- Take one thepla and add a portion of the prepared mixture and drizzle chunda and on top. Place on a taco stand.
- Sprinkle sev and chopped coriander. Serve immediately.
