Ingredients list for Thai Style Grilled Paneer
- 300 grams Cottage Cheese
 - 3 tablespoons Thai Red Curry Paste
 - 2 1/2 teaspoons Garlic chopped
 - 1 teaspoon Curry powder
 - 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
 - 4 teaspoons Soy sauce
 - 2 teaspoons Peanut butter
 - to taste Salt
 - 1/2 inch Galangal chopped
 - 2 Kaffir lime leaves chopped
 - 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
 - Oil 1 teaspoon + for grilling
 - for garnishing Chopped fresh coriander leaves
 - for garnishing Lemon wedge
 
Method
- Mix garlic, red curry paste, curry powder, red chilli flakes, soy sauce, peanut butter, salt, galangal, kaffir lime leaves and lemon juice in a bowl. Add one teaspoon oil and mix well.
 - Cut cottage cheese into fingers and add to the marinade. Mix well and set aside to marinate for ten to fifteen minutes.
 - Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Skewer the marinated cottage cheese fingers onto satay sticks, place them on the pan and grill, rotating the skewers, till evenly done from all sides.
 - Place them on a serving plate and serve hot garnished with coriander leaves and lemon wedge.
