Ingredients list for Thai Green Curry Paste - SK Khazana
- 1 small bunches Fresh coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons Coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon White peppercorns
- 10-12 Fresh coriander roots
- 4-5 Green chillies
- 10-12 Shallots
- 1 inches Galangal roughly chopped
- 2 inches Lemongrass stalk
- 8-10 Garlic cloves
- 6-8 Kaffir lime leaves
- 1 inches Fresh turmeric roughly chopped
- 1 Kaffir lime
Method
- Put coriander leaves, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns, coriander roots, green chillies, shallots, galangal, lemongrass, garlic, kaffir lime leaves and turmeric in a grinder jar. Grate in zest of kaffir lime and add sufficient water and blend to a smooth paste.
