By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken Drumsticks, Lemongrass Cuisine Thai Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Thai Baked Drumsticks 8 Chicken Drumsticks 2 medium Lemongrass roughly chopped 8-10 cloves Garlic 1 inch stick Lemon grass 1 tablespoon Tamarind pulp 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce a pinch Brown sugar to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Vinegar for greasing Oil Method Preheat oven to 180°C. Put onions, garlic, lemon grass, tamarind pulp, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, salt and vinegar in a blender jar and blend to a fine paste. Make a few slits on chicken drumsticks and apply the marinade over them. Keep them in the refrigerator to marinate for two to three hours. Grease a baking tray with oil and place the marinated drumsticks on the tray. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for twelve to fifteen minutes, basting with oil at regular intervals. Serve hot.
