By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Brown bread slices Cuisine Tex-Mex Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Tex Mex Chilli Sandwich-SK Khazana 2 Boneless chicken breasts 8 Brown bread slices 1/2 cup Tomato puree 1 tablespoon Brown sugar to taste Salt to taste Black peppercorns crushed 1 1/2 tablespoons Garlic-green chilli paste 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons Paprika 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Butter 4 tablespo for drizzling Mayonnaise a few Mixed salad leaves to serve French fries Method Mix together tomato puree, brown sugar, salt, crushed peppercorns, garlic-green chilli paste, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and paprika in a bowl. Add chicken breasts, mix well and set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Heat oil and butter in a non-stick grill pan. Place marinated chicken breasts in it and grill, turning sides, till fully cooked and evenly done on both sides. Remove from heat and cut into slices. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on 4 bread slices. Top with some mixed salad leaves and some grilled chicken slices. Drizzle some more mayonnaise on top, cover with remaining bread slices and halve.
