Ingredients list for Tandoori Mushrooms-Cook Smart
- 20-24 Button mushrooms stems removed
- 2 tablespoons Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Cashewnut paste
- 2 tablespoons Processed cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon Green chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to serve Micro greens
- to sprinkle Chaat masala
Method
- Take yogurt in a bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, cashewnut paste, cheese and cream and mix well.
- Add green chilli sauce and mix well. Add pepper powder, mushrooms and salt and mix well.
- Heat a little water in a Gas Oven Tandoor.
- Add lemon juice to the bowl and mix well.
- Place marinated mushrooms in the Gas Oven Tandoor (GOT) alongwith the marinade, cover and cook on medium heat till fully done. Switch off heat.
- Place micro greens on a serving platter and put tandoori mushrooms over, sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot.
