Ingredients list for Tandoori Mushrooms-Cook Smart

  • 20-24 Button mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon Cashewnut paste
  • 2 tablespoons Processed cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon Green chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to serve Micro greens
  • to sprinkle Chaat masala


  1. Take yogurt in a bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, cashewnut paste, cheese and cream and mix well.
  2. Add green chilli sauce and mix well. Add pepper powder, mushrooms and salt and mix well.
  3. Heat a little water in a Gas Oven Tandoor.
  4. Add lemon juice to the bowl and mix well.
  5. Place marinated mushrooms in the Gas Oven Tandoor (GOT) alongwith the marinade, cover and cook on medium heat till fully done. Switch off heat.
  6. Place micro greens on a serving platter and put tandoori mushrooms over, sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot.
