Ingredients list for Tandoori Broccoli-SK Khazana

  • 400 grams Broccoli separated into florets and blanched
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Processed cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 2 teaspoons Green chilli paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • to taste Salt


  1. Mix together yogurt, processed cheese, fresh cream, green chilli paste, white pepper powder, green cardamom powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add broccoli and mix. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
  4. Place the florets on a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with onion rings and lemons.
