Ingredients list for Tadka Pasta-SK Khazana
- 1 1/2 cups Macaroni boiled
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 4-5 Curry leaves
- 2 Dried red chillies
- 2 tablespoons Gun powder (molaga podi)
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- to garnish Fresh coriander sprig
Method
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and sauté till seeds splutter.
- Add cumin seeds and sauté till seeds change colour. Add curry leaves. Chop red chillies, add to the pan, mix and sauté well.
- Add gun powder, mix well and cook for a minute. Add macaroni and toss well.
- Add salt and toss again. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot.
