By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Macaroni, Olive oil Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Tadka Pasta-SK Khazana 1 1/2 cups Macaroni boiled 1 tablespoon Olive oil 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 4-5 Curry leaves 2 Dried red chillies 2 tablespoons Gun powder (molaga podi) to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped to garnish Fresh coriander sprig Method Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and sauté till seeds splutter. Add cumin seeds and sauté till seeds change colour. Add curry leaves. Chop red chillies, add to the pan, mix and sauté well. Add gun powder, mix well and cook for a minute. Add macaroni and toss well. Add salt and toss again. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
