Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups burghul
- 2 cups chopped cucumber
- 6 spring onions with greens, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons garlic flavoured olive oil
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder to taste
Method
- Place the bulgur wheat in a heatproof bowl and pour four cups of boiling water over it.
- Set aside until the bulgur absorbs the water and becomes tender.
- In a bowl mix together cucumber, spring onion, parsley, lemon juice, garlic flavored olive oil, salt and white pepper powder.
- Add the bulgur wheat and mix well. Serve cold
