Ingredients
- 10-12 prawns (medium),shelled and deveined
- 2 cups pasta, boiled
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons pine nuts(chilgoza)
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese shavings
Method
- Blend together parsley, garlic cloves, pine nuts, salt and olive oil into a coarse paste.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add chopped garlic, prawns and salt and toss.
- Add fusilli pasta and toss well. Add parsley pesto and mix well.
- Halve cherry tomatoes and add along with Parmesan cheese and toss.
- Serve hot.
