Ingredients list for Strawberry Pancake
- 30-35 Strawberries half of them crushed
- 1 cup Wholewheat flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- a few drops Vanilla essence
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoons Sugar
Method
- Combine whole wheat flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add yogurt and mix well. Add vanilla essence and crushed strawberries and mix well.
- Break egg into it and whisk well. Add honey and whisk again.
- Chop the remaining strawberries and put into a bowl. Add castor sugar and mix and chill in the refrigerator.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan. When the butter melts, pour a ladleful of batter rotate the pan to spread evenly. Cook till the underside is done. Flip it and cook till the other side is done. Make more pancakes similarly.
- Remove the strawberry bowl from refrigerator and mix well.
- Place each pancake on a serving dish and serve immediately with the sweetened strawberries.
