Ingredients list for Stir Fried Chicken - SK Khazana
- 300 grams Chicken breast
- 250 grams Broccoli
- 10-12 Button mushrooms
- 2 stalks Spring onion greens
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Blended sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Green chilli sauce
- a few drops Dark soy sauce
Method
- Cut broccoli into medium sized florets and set aside. Halve mushrooms. Chop spring onions greens. Cut chicken into ½ inch cubes.
- Boil sufficient water in a deep pan, add salt and broccoli and blanch them for 2 minutes. Drain and soak in ice cold water.
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic, mix and sauté till lightly browned. Add chicken cubes and sauté on high heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, mix. Add salt, mix well and sauté for 4-5 minutes on high heat.
- Add oyster sauce, green chilli sauce and dark soy sauce, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Add broccoli and sauté for 2 minutes. Add ½ the chopped spring onion greens, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Take the pan off the heat.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with remaining spring onion greens and serve hot.
