Ingredients list for Sprouts Ki Chatni
- 50 grams Green Gram Sprouts
- 50 grams Black Gram Sprouts
- 2 Green chillies
- 4 teaspoons Tamarind pulp
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- a pinch Asafoetida
Method
- Blend together both the sprouts. Add chillies, tamarind pulp and salt and two tablespoons water. Blend to a smooth paste. Remove in a bowl.
- Heat oil in non stick pan, add mustard seeds and asafetida. Allow it to splutter.
- Add the mustard seeds to the paste and mix well. Serve with parantha.
