Ingredients for Sprouts Ki Chatni Recipe

  • Green Gram Sprouts 50 grams

  • Black Gram Sprouts 50 grams

  • Green chillies 2

  • Tamarind pulp 4 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Asafoetida a pinch


Step 1

Blend together both the sprouts. Add chillies, tamarind pulp and salt and two tablespoons water. Blend to a smooth paste. Remove in a bowl.

Step 2

Heat oil in non stick pan, add mustard seeds and asafetida. Allow it to splutter.

Step 3

Add the mustard seeds to the paste and mix well. Serve with parantha.
