By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Aug 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Spinach, Corn kernels Cuisine Fusion Course Soups Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Spinach and Corn Soup-SK Khazana 1/2 cup Spinach blanched and chopped 3/4 cup Corn kernels boiled 2 teaspoons Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 3 cups Vegetable stock to taste Salt to taste White pepper powder 2-3 tablespoons Cornflour slurry Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté well. Add corn kernels and mix well. Add stock, stir to mix and bring to a boil. Add salt, pepper powder and cornflour slurry, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
