By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Spinach, Mozzarella Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Spinach And Cheese Rolls 1 medium Spinach blanched and chopped 1/2 cup Mozzarella grated 8 Spring roll sheets 1 teaspoon Olive oil 5-6 cloves Garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon Green chillies chopped to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) to deep fry Oil Method Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic, ginger, green chillies and sauté till light brown. Add spinach, salt and cook till the mixture is dry. Transfer into a bowl and allow to cool. Add cheese and mix well. Mix refined flour with sufficient water to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on the sides of spring roll sheets. Place a portion of spinach-cheese filling and roll tightly. Press the edges to seal. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the rolls on medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
