Ingredients list for Spicy Paneer Fritters
- 225 grams Paneer grated
- 2 tablespoons Red Chilli Paste
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 cloves Garlic grated
- 1 inch piece Ginger grated
- 1 Spring onion bulb finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli paste
- 2 stalks Spring onion greens chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Place paneer in a bowl. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and when they begin to change colour add garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute. Add onion and salt and saute till onion softens.
- Add flour and continue to sautefor some time. Transfer this mixture into the bowl with paneer. Add red chilli paste, spring onion greens, coriander leaves and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a round cake.Dust them with a little flour, brush with a little oil.
- Keep them on the net in the air fryer and fry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
