Ingredients list for Slow Roasted Garlic Tomatoes
- 4 medium Tomatoes cut into wedges
- 20-25 cloves Garlic
- 5-6 Green chillies (Bhavnagri) slit
- 1 tablespoon Sea salt
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 4-5 Coriander stems
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Chaat masala
Method
- Preheat the oven to 80°C/200°F.
- Place sea salt, lemon juice, coriander stems and paprika in a large mixing bowl and toss.
- Add tomatoes, garlic and green chillies and rub in the mixture.
- Arrange the mixture evenly on a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for twenty to twenty five minutes.
- Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve as an accompaniment.
