By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Sep 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken sausages, Potatoes Cuisine Peruvian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Sausage and Potato Fritters 4-5 Chicken sausages finely chopped 2 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated 1 teaspoon Fresh herbs (mixed) chopped 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 2 tablespoons Cornstarch a few sprigs Fresh coriander leaves chopped for deep-frying Oil 1/4 cup Bread crumbs Method Combine sausages, potatoes, mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, salt, crushed peppercorns, cornstarch and chopped coriander in a bowl and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Spread the breadcrumbs on a plate. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into tikkis or fritters. Coat them in the breadcrumbs and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp.
