Ingredients list for Sattu aur Mawa Laddoo
- 1 1/2 cups Sattu
- 1 cup Mawa (khoya)
- 3 tablespoons Ghee
- 1/4 cup Almonds chopped
- 1/4 cup Pistachios chopped
- 1 cup Jaggery (gur) grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add almonds, pistachios and sattu, mix and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add jaggery and mawa, mix and cook till the jaggery melts. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Switch off heat and mix again. Transfer in a bowl and cool.
- Divide the prepared mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
- Serve.
