Ingredients list for Salsa

  • 2 one-inch pieces Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 Green chilli
  • a small bu Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Castor sugar
  • a few drop Tabasco sauce
  • to serve Nacho chips


  1. Chop tomatoes and onion into medium pieces and put them in a chopper jar. Break green chilli and add and coarsely chop all of them together.
  2. Add coriander leaves, squeeze the juice of ½ lemon, add salt, sugar and Tabasco sauce and chop once again.
  3. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve as a dip with nacho chips.
