Ingredients list for Salsa
- 2 one-inch pieces Tomatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Green chilli
- a small bu Fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 Lemon
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Castor sugar
- a few drop Tabasco sauce
- to serve Nacho chips
Method
- Chop tomatoes and onion into medium pieces and put them in a chopper jar. Break green chilli and add and coarsely chop all of them together.
- Add coriander leaves, squeeze the juice of ½ lemon, add salt, sugar and Tabasco sauce and chop once again.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve as a dip with nacho chips.
