Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan, add cornflour mixture and cook stirring continuously. Add rose water and sugar, mix well and cook till the custard thickens. Switch off the heat, pour into silicon moulds and set aside to cool down to room temperature. Then keep the moulds in the refrigerator to set. Remove the moulds from the refrigerator, place each on a separate serving plates upside down and demould. Sprinkle cinnamon powder over them, top with almonds, pistachios and desiccated coconut. Drizzle honey on top and serve chilled.
