By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Processed cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Rolled Cheese Omelette 12 Eggs 8 tablespo For topping Processed cheese grated to taste Salt 4 tablespoons Oil 2 Medium onions finely chopped 12-16 Button mushrooms finely chopped 2 Medium tomatoes finely chopped 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped 8 tablespoons Spinach shredded 8 to serve White bread slices toasted Method For each portion, break 3 eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat well. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan, add ¼ onions, ¼ mushrooms and ¼ tomato, salt and green chillies, mix and sauté for 2 minutes. Add beaten eggs, mix and cook for 30 seconds. Add 2 tablespoons cheese and 2 tablespoons spinach, roll into an omelette and cook till fully done. Cut into 2 equal pieces.
