Ingredients for Roasted Garlic Prawns Recipe

  • Prawns shelled and deveined 200 grams

  • Garlic chopped 10-15 cloves

  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon

  • Broccoli 8 florets

  • Carrot 1/2 inch pieces 1/2 medium

  • Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons

  • Mustard paste 2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed 7-8

  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh basil leaves torn 5-6


Step 1

Boil broccoli florets and carrot pieces in two cups of water. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Take prawns in a bowl and add garlic paste, tomato ketchup, mustard paste and mix. Add broccoli, carrots, salt, crushed black peppercorns, lemon juice and mix.

Step 3

Heat a pan, add chopped garlic and roast on medium heat till lightly browned. Add the marinated mixture and sauté for five minutes. Add basil leaves and mix.

Step 4

Serve hot.
