Ingredients
- 1 large raw mango
- 3 tablespoons red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil (til oil)
- 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Method
- Wash and cut the mango into small pieces. Mix red chilli powder and salt. Set aside for a half an hour.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan, add asafoetida and mustard powder. Saute for thirty seconds and pour over the mango pieces. Store in glass jars in the refrigerator.
