Mix 1 tsp turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, rice flour and half the curry leaves with 1 tbsp oil in a plate. Slice raw bananas lengthwise into thick pieces. Mix them with ½ tsp turmeric powder and 2 cups water and cook in microwave for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the microwave, drain and set aside to cool. Apply the paste on banana slices evenly on both the sides. Heat oil in a non stick pan, slide in the marinated banana slices and shallow fry. Turn over and fry for some more minutes or till crisp. Add remaining curry leaves and fry for 1 minute.
