Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 medium cucumbers peeled
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder roasted + for garnishing
- for garnishing red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
Method
- Finely chop onions, cucumbers and tomatoes and place in a large bowl.
- Add salt, cumin powder and yogurt. Mix well.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Transfer raita into a serving bowl. Garnish with cumin powder and red chilli powder.
- Serve chilled.
