Ingredients list for Pumpkin Chia Pudding
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Milk
- 8 Seedless dates
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- ¾ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon Dried ginger powder (soonth)
- ½ teaspoon Nutmeg powder
- ¼ teaspoon all-spice
- a pinch Sea salt
Method
- Blend together pumpkin puree, milk, dates, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, nutmeg powder, all-spice and sea salt till smooth. Add chia seeds and blend again till well combined.
- Divide the mixture equally into 4 individual jars and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Serve chilled.
