Ingredients list for Pumpkin Chia Pudding

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 8 Seedless dates
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • ¾ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • ½ teaspoon Dried ginger powder (soonth)
  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg powder
  • ¼ teaspoon all-spice
  • a pinch Sea salt


  1. Blend together pumpkin puree, milk, dates, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, nutmeg powder, all-spice and sea salt till smooth. Add chia seeds and blend again till well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture equally into 4 individual jars and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Serve chilled.
