By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium prawns, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Prawn Bhajia-Cook Smart 15-20 Medium prawns cleaned, deveined and chopped roughly to deep fry Oil 2 Large onions 3 Green chllies 2 Spring onions with greens 1 tablespoon Green chilli sauce to taste Salt 5-6 Ice cubes 3 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) to sprinkle Red chilli powder to sprinkle Black sesame seeds (kale til) Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Roughly slice onions and put into a bowl. Finely chop green chilli and add to the bowl. Roughly slice spring onions with some greens and add to the bowl. Add prawns, green chilli sauce, salt and ice cubes and mix well. Add refined flour and mix well. Add some 2 tablespoons chilled water and mix. Pick up little mixture with a spoon and put into hot oil and deep fry till crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
