Ingredients
- 250 grams dried plums
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- A pinch red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Method
- Heat 2 cups water in a non stick pan, add plums and allow it to boil till soft.
- Add vinegar and sugar and cook till sugar melts.
- Add salt, black pepper powder and red chilli powder. Mix well and allow it to cool and serve.
