Ingredients list for Pineapple Prawn And Peppers
- 1/2 medium Pineapple chopped
- 8-10 medium Prawns shelled and deveined
- 1/4 medium Red capsicum diced
- 1/4 medium Green capsicum diced
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 3-4 cloves Garlic chopped
- to taste Salt
- 4-5 teaspoons Sugar
- 2-3 teaspoons Crushed red chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté. Add pineapple and mix. Add salt and sugar and mix. Add one cup of water and let it cook till pineapple is soft.
- Add two teaspoons crushed red chillies and mix. Add prawns and both the capsicums and mix. Add garam masala powder and lemon juice and mix.
- Cook till prawns are done.
- Serve immediately.
