Ingredients list for Pineapple Pradhaman
- 1 Pineapple peeled
- 1 1/2 cups Jaggery dissolved in water
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 6-8 Cashewnuts
- 2 tablespoons Raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry ginger powder (soonth)
- 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup Coconut milk powder
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coconut chopped
Method
- Chop pineapple into small pieces. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and fry cashewnuts and raisins till golden brown.
- Add coconut pieces and mix. Add pineapple and mix well.Add jaggery water and stir till it thickens.
- Add dry ginger powder, cardamom powder and mix.Mix coconut milk powder with a little water to make a paste.
- Turn off heat and add this paste to the pineapple mixture and mix well. Serve warm or at room temperature.
