Ingredients list for Peppery Nuts
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 1 cup Cashewnuts
- 1 cup Almonds
- 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- to taste Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place walnuts, cashewnuts and almonds on a baking tray and roast them in the oven till they turn light brown. Transfer them into a bowl.
- Mix together crushed peppercorns, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, oil and salt in another bowl. Drizzle the spice mix over the nuts and toss till the spices are properly coated.
- Cool them down to room temperature and serve.
