Ingredients

    • 3 cups Yogurt
    • ½ cup sugar 
    • 12 malai pedas, crumbled + for garnish 
    • 6-8 ice cubes, crushed
    • Fresh malai as required
    • 6-8 Almonds, slivered for garnish
    • Saffron strands for garnish

    Method

    1. Take yogurt in a blender. Add sugar and three crumbled pedas and blend till smooth.
    2. Add the ice cubes and blend again.
    3. Pour into tall glass. Top with malai, remaining crumbled pedas, almond slivers and saffron. 
    4. Serve immediately.
