By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 Mar 2017 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Pears, Carrots Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 4 medium pears, diced 8 small carrots A few lettuce leaves 8 cherry tomatoes For dressing 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped Salt to taste Black pepper powder to taste 1 tablespoon yogurt 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 1 tablespoon raspberry jelly 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Method To make the dressing whisk together chopped garlic, salt, pepper powder, yogurt, Dijon mustard, raspberry jam and balsamic vinegar. While whisking slowly add the extra virgin olive oil. Break the lettuce leaves with hand and arrange in a salad bowl. Add baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, diced pears and toss lightly. Add the dressing and toss well. Serve chilled.
