Ingredients list for Pasta Omlette

  • 1/2 cup Pasta boiled
  • 3 Eggs
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Red capsicum chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow capsicum chopped
  • 12-15 florets Broccoli
  • a pinch Red chilli flakes
  • a pinch Oregano
  • as required Cheese grated
  • as required Tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper powder and whisk well. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add garlic, onion, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, broccoli florets and sauté.
  2. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and rotate it to spread the egg mixture evenly. Put the pasta over the mixture.
  3. Sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano, cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or till the egg is cooked.
  4. Remove the omelette onto a plate, garnish with grated cheese and tomato ketchup and serve hot.
