This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pasta, Eggs Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Pasta Omlette 1/2 cup Pasta boiled 3 Eggs to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon Olive oil 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 2 tablespoons Onion chopped 2 tablespoons Red capsicum chopped 2 tablespoons Yellow capsicum chopped 12-15 florets Broccoli a pinch Red chilli flakes a pinch Oregano as required Cheese grated as required Tomato ketchup Method Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper powder and whisk well. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add garlic, onion, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, broccoli florets and sauté. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and rotate it to spread the egg mixture evenly. Put the pasta over the mixture. Sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano, cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or till the egg is cooked. Remove the omelette onto a plate, garnish with grated cheese and tomato ketchup and serve hot.
