Ingredients
- 200 grams parwal
- 2 red chillies dry
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 4-5 curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh coconut
Method
- Parboil the parwal with a pinch of salt in it. Remove and mash it.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add dry red chillies, mustard seeds, curry leaves & salt.
- As it crackles, add mashed parwal saute for two minutes.
- Add coconut and serve hot.
