Ingredients list for Parmal ki Chutney
- 200 grams Parmal
- 2 Red chillies dry
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 4-5 Curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons Grated fresh coconut
Method
- Parboil the parmal with a pinch of salt in it. Remove and mash it.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan add dry red chillies, mustard seeds, curry leaves & salt.
- As it crackles, add mashed parmal saute for two minutes.
- Add coconut and serve hot.
