Ingredients list for Papad Poha
- 6-8 Papad
- 1 cup Pressed rice (poha) thin
- for deep-frying Oil
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry papads till crisp and transfer into a bowl.
- Crush papads, add pressed rice, salt, red chilli powder and asafoetida. Mix well.
- Serve or store in airtight container.
