Ingredients list for Paneer and Capsicum Grilled Sandwich

  • 250 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) grated
  • 8 White bread slices
  • 2 medium Green capsicums finely chopped
  • 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Butter
  • to serve Tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Combine cottage cheese, capsicum, green chillies, cumin powder, chaat masala and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Apply butter on bread slices. Place four slices on a worktop and put a spoonful of cottage cheese mixture on the bread slices, cover with remaining bread slices and apply some more butter on top.
  3. Preheat a non-stick sandwich griller. Grill the sandwiches till grill marks appear on them.
  4. Cut into triangles and serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
