Ingredients list for Open Egg Sandwich
- 2 Hot dog buns whole wheat
- 3-4 Egg whites hard-boiled, cut into wedges
- 3-4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Madras curry powder
- 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
- to taste Salt
- ½ medium Onion finely chopped
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- for garnish Mixed micro greens
Method
- Take mayonnaise, mustard paste, curry powder, green chillies, salt, onion and crushed peppercorns in a bowl and mix well.
- Cut each hotdog bun horizontally into half.
- Spread some mayonnaise-mustard mixture on each half bun. Place some egg whites and sprinkle some salt on top.
- Garnish with micro greens. Serve immediately.
