Ingredients list for Mushroom-e-Nazakat
- 8 Big Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Cornflour/ corn starch
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated
- 1 teaspoon Mixed herbs
- 1/4 teaspoon Kasoori methi
- 1/2 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoons coriander leaves chopped
- Butter to roast
Method
- Clean the mushrooms in water to remove the dirt. Remove the stem of each mushroom and set aside.
- Dry the mushrooms and place them in the bowl. Add salt, cornflour, lemon juice and black pepper powder. Mix well.
- In another bowl mix cheese, cottage cheese, herbs, kasuri methi, dry mango powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, sugar, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.
- Fill the stuffing in the mushrooms, and cover with the stems.
- Grease the oven tray and place the mushrooms on it.
- Bake the mushrooms in a preheated oven at 150º degrees for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
