By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 May 2019 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Oil Cuisine Chinese Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Mongolian Chicken - SK Khazana 400 grams Boneless chicken cut into thin strips 2 tablespo to deep fry Oil 1/4 cup Cornflour to taste Salt to taste White pepper powder 2-3 Spring onion bulbs chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger paste 5-6 Garlic cloves sliced 1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon Brown sugar 3-4 Fresh red chillies slit 1 stalk + to garnish Spring onion greens Sliced Method Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Mix together cornflour, salt and pepper powder in a bowl. Add chicken strips and mix well. Slide the chicken pieces into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non-stick deep-pan, add spring onion bulbs and sauté for a minute. Add ginger paste and garlic slices, mix and sauté till fragrant. Add soy sauce and brown sugar, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add red chillies, mix and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add fried chicken strips, salt, pepper powder and spring onion greens. Mix well, cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
