Ingredients 

  • 4 tablespoons French beans, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons carrots, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons walnuts, finely chopped
  • ½ cup cottage cheese (paneer), grated
  • 1 cup potato boiled, peeled & grated
  • 1½ teaspoons chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1½ teaspoons dried mango powder (amchur)
  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste
  • 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ cup gram flour (besan) roasted
  • Oil to grease
  • Green chutney to serve
  • Onion rings to serve
  • Lemon slices to serve

Method

  1. Take French beans, carrots, walnuts, cottage cheese, potato, chaat masala, salt, dried mango powder, crushed peppercorns, ginger-garlic paste and gram flour in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kebabs.
  3. Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the kebabs on it and grill, turning sides, till evenly done on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Arrange the kebabs on a serving platter and serve hot with green chutney, onion rings and lemon slices.
