Ingredients list for Masala Popcorn

  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • a pinch Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Method

  1. Heat a deep non stick pan. Place corn kernels in a bowl. Add olive oil and mix well and put into the hot pan.
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix. Cover and let the corn splutter and pop.
  3. When all the corn has popped, sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice and toss.
  4. Serve immediately.
