Ingredients list for Masala Nuts
- 20 Almonds
- 20 Pistachios
- 20 Cashewnuts
- 20 Walnut kernels
- 5-6 Whole dry red chillies
- 5-6 Peppercorns
- 1/4 Star anise
- 1/2 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
- to taste Black salt (kala namak)
- 2 tablespoons Honey
Method
- Break the dry red chillies, remove seeds and put them in a mixer. Add black peppercorns, star anise, dry mango powder, black salt and grind to a powder.
- Roast almonds, pistachios, cashewnuts and walnuts. Take the masala powder in a bowl. Add the roasted nuts and mix. Add honey and mix.
- Serve
