By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 May 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Yogurt, Fresh mint leaves Cuisine Indian Course Beverages Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Masala Chaas - SK Khazana 3 cups Yogurt 45-50 Fresh mint leaves 3 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 3 Green chillies chopped 2 teaspoons Black salt 2 teaspoon to sprinkle Roasted cumin powder 2 teaspoons Chaat masala for garnish Fresh mint sprigs Method Put yogurt in a blender jar, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, black salt, cumin powder, chaat masala and some water and blend to a smooth mixture. Pour equally into 4 steel glasses, sprinkle some cumin powder and garnish with mint sprigs.
