Ingredients list for Masala Chaas - SK Khazana

  • 3 cups Yogurt
  • 45-50 Fresh mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 3 Green chillies chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Black salt
  • 2 teaspoon to sprinkle Roasted cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons Chaat masala
  • for garnish Fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. Put yogurt in a blender jar, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, black salt, cumin powder, chaat masala and some water and blend to a smooth mixture.
  2. Pour equally into 4 steel glasses, sprinkle some cumin powder and garnish with mint sprigs.
  3. Refrigerate and serve.
